I'm not even sure if this qualifies as a recipe, but it's delicious and with only THREE ingredients!

Truthfully, I was never a big "egg" person. Not until I started eating them everyday and realized that the saying of "you have to try something more than seven times to say you hate it" was true.
As many people know, eggs are a great source of protein and nutrients. That being said, they're a great pre/post workout meal or, honestly, a great breakfast or snack. And the best thing about them is that they can be cooked more than 3 different ways and with so many other foods.
In this post I'll give my super simple recipe that I eat after every workout that doesn't even require any seasoning. Seriously. No salt.
Eggs and Ham
Turns out that Dr. Seuss wasn't too far off with his "Green Eggs and Ham" creation. But obviously minus the green part, eggs and ham are delicious. The ham actually adds flavor and salt to the normally bland eggs. So let's get cracking!
Recipe + Instructions
What you'll need:
- 2 eggs (this is a baseline, you're welcome to add or drop any)
- oil, butter, or spray to grease the pan
- deli cut ham
Start by grabbing and heating a small sized pan on low-medium heat. Once it's been heat, add your oil, butter, or grease of your choice
Take a small bowl/cup and crack the two eggs into them. Then, whisk them thoroughly and set that aside

3. Use cooking scissors or your (washed) hands to shred/cut the ham onto the pan. Then, pour in your egg mixture

4. Fold the edges of the cooked eggs towards you using a spatula. The eggs should pull right off due to the grease. Repeat this until your eggs have been properly cooked
5. The finished product should resemble something like this:
