One Ingredient Quick/Easy Snack

One ingredient!! And practically one step too. This was a childhood snack of mine that I still eat to this day because of how healthy, easy, and refreshing it is.
The only ingredient you'll need is grapes!! Any kind of grape works: red, green, Korean, or any other variation you have. Because it only has this ingredient, this means it fits every dietary restriction -- keto, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, etc.
The only materials/appliances you'll need are a freezer and a plastic bag.
I'm not going to number the steps because it's really simple. Simply put a handful of washed grapes into a plastic bag, seal it, then stick it in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Sometimes I'll leave them in overnight so that it has more of a popsicle texture. It's the perfect sweet treat to satisfy your cravings after dinner or during the day.
